How does the free trial work?
When you sign up, you automatically start with a free plan that includes 5 invoices per month and up to 3 clients. No credit card is required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features and higher limits.
Can I upload my own custom invoice template?
Yes! On the Starter plan and above, you can upload your own custom HTML invoice templates. We provide a downloadable example template with all the available variables documented, so you can design invoices that perfectly match your brand identity.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption, tenant data isolation, and industry-standard security practices. Each business workspace is completely separate, and we never share your data with third parties. Our infrastructure is regularly audited for compliance.
How does Stripe payment integration work?
On the Professional plan and above, you can connect your Stripe account to accept payments directly through invoices. When a client receives your invoice, they can pay online with a credit card. The payment status is automatically updated in your dashboard in real time.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. You can configure your default currency in the Settings page and it will be applied to all new invoices. We support major world currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, QAR, and many more.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Our Export Center allows you to download your invoices, clients, and financial data in CSV or PDF format. This makes it easy to import data into your accounting software, share reports with your accountant, or maintain offline backups.
Do invoices include my company logo and branding?
Yes. You can upload your company logo, configure your business details, add a company stamp, and set custom colors in the Settings page. All of these elements automatically appear on every invoice you generate.
Is there a limit on the number of users per account?
Each account is currently designed for a single user (the business owner or administrator). If you need multi-user access with different permission levels, the Enterprise plan includes team management capabilities. Contact our sales team for more details.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your paid subscription, your account reverts to the Free plan. All your data β€” invoices, clients, and settings β€” remains intact and accessible. You simply lose access to premium features until you resubscribe. We never delete your data unless you explicitly request it.
Do you offer email support?
Yes. All plans include email support. Professional and Enterprise plans receive priority support with faster response times. We typically respond within 24 hours for free plan users and within 4 hours for premium users.
